2. What data we process

Local draft answers (before send): project answers without name, email, phone or consents. These stay in your browser and are not ZamorIT’s until you send.

Sent project request: intake answers, a provisional range, name, email, optional organisation/phone/message, consents, technical metadata needed for security, and delivery status.

Quotes and invoices: the client’s business identity, scope snapshot, amounts in cents and document status. Invoices fall under tax records.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Assessing a request and responding (legitimate interest and/or pre-contractual steps); calculating a provisional range (not a binding quote); confirmation and internal handling; security and abuse prevention; quotes, contracts and invoicing (contract and legal obligation for tax records).

4. Retention and rights

Retention follows the configured period and legal duties for invoices. You may ask for access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
